Standard Rates

As is standard in the industry, our rates vary by the scope and scale of the work as well as the size of the team, the equipment involved, travel and risk, complexity, duration and timeline, etc. We work with everyone from large commercial clients to big and little NGOs to independents self-funding their own art. And we pride ourselves in working collaboratively and fairly to make the best work possible within the realities and budgets of our partners and clients.

While we prefer to accurately scope a project, carefully defining the expectations and deliverables, and then work with fixed rates and flat fees, it can be helpful for planning or for when we work with other teams to understand the rates we base our fees on when calculating our fees.

Our standard rates for mid-sized projects and the various roles we play are as follows:

• Director: $1500/day

• Director of Photography: $1500/day

• Still Photographer: $1250/day

• Editor: $850/day

• Producer: $850/day

• Second Camera: $850/day

• Sound Recordist: $850/day

• Consultant/admin: $750/day or $120/hour
